Plain answers, before any promise

The first review has no charge. If we take your case, our fee is a share of what we recover, in an agreement you sign first. If we recover nothing, you owe no attorney’s fee.

Costs are out-of-pocket expenses such as medical records, filing fees and an expert’s report. Your agreement says how they are repaid from a recovery and whether you would owe them if nothing is recovered. We read that line with you.

The law sets deadlines. They differ by kind of claim and by who is responsible, and some, such as claims against a city or county, are much shorter. Call early and we tell you which apply.

You do not have to give a recorded statement to the other side’s insurer. Be polite, say you will call back, and speak to us first.

Fault can be shared, and a share of blame usually lowers a claim rather than ending it. The rule depends on the state, and we explain it for your case.

A person’s status does not by itself stop an injury claim. It can matter for some parts, such as lost earnings, so we talk it through early and with care.
